looks a little confused right now..but adding the MKII sides/MKII cup bumper/MKII aero kit wing would make your targa look...hmm lets see...

I think the lobster 997 wheels are one of the ugliest wheels offered by Porsche (again, no offense, just stating it as I see it).

You have such a beautifully setup 996, but it just gets ruined by the wheels.
They and the originals came with the car....But I do agree with you and I have been on the hunt for some new wheels.

You can't go wrong with the classic 540Rs. My fav center design from HRE.

The only reason why I'd shy away from these is that they vibrate in the rain which is silly stupid engineering. HRE doesn't have much int he budget for R&D; they spend more bux on marketing.

the crazy thing is... i can't testify as to how strong the wheels are but the P90s are something like 21 pounds in 19x12 configuration which is ridiculously light to the point of raising flags.

if fikse made their new Chromas in 19x12s, i'd consider those for my car.

Rain? What's that? I know you get lots more than we do. I normally don't drive around in the rain, but hard to predict when it comes. I am gonna have to call me wheel guy and see if they can get these. I'm in the wholesale business which helps me out with pricing. Thanks, Ben C.!
