Cab top not working

Parked my 2000 cab and when I tried to put the top up all i got was a flahing cab top light on the dash. Checked the parking brake and made sure the engine compartment lid was shut and still a flashing light but no top movement at all. i checked all of the fuses and they are all good. I hear the relay click when i push the rocker switch but still nothing. Any ideas?

Your rear engine lid might be out of aligment. I had that issue and it was closed but was not making contact with the switch. Also disconect thte battery for a1/2 hour.

Before you disconnect the battery, make sure you have the radio code if you still have the stock radio.
