Seems reasonable to me. I'd offer ~$30-32k and see how they will react. You need to take it for a spin, do a carfax and a PPI. Economy is not too hot. Maybe they'll move it! Best of luck. Btw, she is beautiful!

If the PPI comes out clean, $36.5 is a great price

 

Have it checked out, for an 03 with lower miles that is a steal, I looked at that car online but passed because it had no aero, two others listed on trader and ebay that were identical in every way both listed well above 40K and the one in Chicago that was lowered to 39 800 was firm and would not budge. You need to find out why it's only 36K, if its only due to a slump in current market conditions, than thats a deal worth making.
