997 Targa or 996TT or GT2

Just Paid off My first 996 C2 Cab...I love these cars so much its time for a second...

Im debating a 997 Targa 4s or a 996 TT or GT2, or possible 930TT

I love moding my car so im thinking TT or GT2 you can get alot more power out of them, but i love the lines of the new 997 Targa 4s

Any input would be appreacated....

All those cars are awesome but I think a GT2 is in a different league. There really is no comparison. Its an easy choice.

Cab is your nice weather car? How is the GT2 in the equation, it's double the price + of the others as well, and you have a "nice weather car" meaning the GT2 would be a bad weather car LOL??

Go for the turbo, the decision is obvious, you want power and an everyday car!

Do you mean GT3 instead of GT2? If so, that would get my vote - you NEED a track car!!

If you want to use it daily get a 996 tt, for everything else take the gt2.

I think iLLM3 figured it out....i want power in an every day car...and one i can track from time to time....I am KEEPING the CAB

I thought of the GT3 but i want a car that there is almost no limit to power mods....i have seen TT's and GT2' upward of 800bhp

Imo again, not to be an *** but if you were considering a gt2 or gt car for real you wouldn't be in the situation you are in with this decision. Most people who buy these cars know what they want off the bat, have you ever driven a stock one let alone modified and nowhere near 800 hp? It will not be fun by any means!

What is the attraction of a Targa? Not being a *****, just an innocent question. Is it strictly the roof opening? The looks of it?

Wow you need to narrow that down! Get some seat time in a few of them that is the best advice! 996TT is probably the best all arounder.
