Exclamation tip problem

i know this is a problem-- I think BUT I will be on the Interstate in 4th or 5th gear. I will 80%-100% floor it and the car will JUMP BACK TO SECOND OR THIRD GEAR! I will see the tach fly like the speed of light and then BOOM - the car goes back to fifth gear within two seconds of jumping to second (or third) gear

--ALSO my car will shake like the worst loaded washer in human history, when statred after a few days of not driving--(this violent shaking lasts for about ten seconds before going away)

I appreciate any advice

It's late so excuse me if I'm off base? But what you describe seems to me like it's simply downshifting via "kickdown" so that it accelerates harder/faster no. Does it proceed to shift through gears back up to fifth properly? It won't take long and will be over in a flash but that's how it should be..
