I'm in Germany and can never run these through TUV (German Inspection). Any intrest in a trade for something quieter? I'll ship my pipes and you ship yours. PSE, Tubi are top desires. Drop me a PM with thoughts. Must be able to mail to an APO address (US Mail to NY City).

Steve- Sorry to hear than man, that is lame- Did the German federales actually write you up for them? If you have info on what their exhaust restrictions are please post (db level, design requirement etc)- Would be helpful info to know for anyone else in Germany looking to do an aftermarket exhaust.

I'm surprised, ran them all over Beverly Hills here without a second look from local PD (cops are pretty uptight on sound limits here).

I have not been written up yet but I've two pleasure penalties with my previous Vette C6 and can't afford to be on the wrong side - at any cost. I live too far from work! 101db at 3k RPM will get you 1 point.

BTW Sunday is "Quiet Time" no car washing, no lawn mowing, no power tools, etc. Just as an example of the way the way the rules work here. It is still worth it for the unlimited A-Bahns when you can get there!

Deal is that I will ship the AH and then you can mail me your quieter exhaust. US mail shipping to Armed Forces Post Office (APO) is about $60-70. About 500 miles on my After Hours sport exhaust. Best HP gain documented!

No problem! I'm Armed Forces Overseas (APO) which means that they just need to be mailed with a short free customs form from a US Post Office. Brian mailed them to me from California for $75 insured and I had them in 10 days. AH and Brian are true STAND UP gents. The AH are mean but will never make life easy for me here in Germany. Love them but have got to leave 'em. My loss...

For anyone concerned about shipping cost - I will compensate anything above $70. Brian is having a hard time keeping up with shipping and I have to give my set away... where is the justice?

Wow, and I thought California legislated every damn thing conceivable! I hear that the autobahn is about to get speed limits thanks to the all-knowing, self-righteous tree huggers...

I have GHL that are nice and mellow low when running tame. But open up a little at WOT. Always a quite cabin and no resonance.
