WTB: 996 c2 TIP coupe (or c4)

I'm looking for a car for a friend of mine. She wants to trade her boxter in for a 996. Must be around $50k or less. and MUST be TIP as well. We are in Boston, so the closer the better. Silver is nice...no white or green. Preferably still under warranty...
