Ride height after H&R coilovers install

I installed H&R coilovers last week. Here are two photos of my car with the lowered stance. I measured the ride height at 24-3/4" front and 24-7/8" rear. That's measuring from the ground to the top of the fender through the center of the wheel.

Do you guys think this is too low or a good height for the car? I had wanted to keep the ride height at around 25" to 25.5" on all four corners but the suspension settled a bit after the initial install.

Hey John, looks/seems ok although have TCDesign or some alignment specialist go through it and make sure. Some spacers would help the wheels come out more to match the fenders (and widen the stance). Seems like it's raked to the front a bit but that's fine and usually how I like 911s set up because of the extra weight and more suspension travel for the back.

Thanks guys for the helpful comments. I still need to do an alignment and will plan to add spacers.

(ps. If anyone has 7mm, 14mm or 15mm spacers that they want to sell, please let me know.)

I think it looks nice too and I also agree about the spacers.
So how do they ride compared to stock? I have coilovers on my other 2 cars and I have always used them on every car I have owned. I just worry about making to Porsche too rough of a ride. I do want to loose the wheel gap for sure though.

It's not too rough of a ride at all but I'm used to riding on lowered/stiffer suspensions. I would say the ride around town is about the same as stock. You feel it the most when you go over a bump at speed on the freeway. The handling is definitely improved. Best of all, the ugly wheel gaps are gone.

i am alos thinking about lowering the car with H&R springs mainly for appearance. But i'm also considering changing out stock wheels to 19''s. Would that be a good combo? or am i going to scrape the fenders? Thanks.

it's not really bank bustin' to get proper aftermarket adjustable coilovers v. just springs mated to stock shocks. why? you're still going to have to spend on labor to install, alignment etc. it's not like you eliminate that part of the cost by going with half-**** springs only setup v. a properly matched up shocks/springs combo by way of say pss9s or kw3s.

i'm all for going with 19s. it's the best aesthetic look and performance losses are hair splitting minimal unless you make a living off of racing your 911 then that's a diff ball game.

to show you i don't just spit game and not put $ where my mouth is this is my car sitting on 19s, lowered on 9s

I had H&R with 19 but I did have spacers to move the wheels outward; No rub

John, the lower ride height looks great (it really accentuates the original design). Whatever you do, don't add any "tacky" aftermarket aero kits (like Ben's).
