If you want stock you can go with the one above or the Sport Classic's and SCII's. You could also fall back on the Twists, but they are my least favorite. The Twists would cost the least and the LW 5-spoke above would be next. The 5-spoke is the lightest stock wheel ever for Porsche. It's also the easiest to keep clean, but there are a lot of them out there. If it was an aftermarket design it would probably be more in demand.
[QUOTE=FLY996;2196033]Nah, don't like 997/Boxster wheels on a 996....would look at Carrera 5 spoke lightweights...something like this...(check ebay)
but you like ruined bbs wheels with red stickers lining it all around with wavy paint and uneven gaps on a damn 911?
to the guy trying to do all this **** on a shoe string budget.. just find a set of used sport design 2 wheels that they put on the mk1 996s. those are bbs Y spokes and would complement your aero car well without breaking the bank.
totally dump the wheels you have on now. it's atrocious.

Second what Ben said and go with the sport designs. I used to have these and got many compliments but the reason I switched was due to weight and needing a new look.
BTW that above silver 996 looks awful with body parts stuck together from different 996 models and a TechArt front?

stop your doling out of crap modding style advice. your car looks like junk as i'd like to call it "frankenstein911".
look at your exhaust tip. it's pointed down and some odd blackish color. look at the rear grills that are supposed to copy the widebody rear bumper... i bet you if you take a closer look at it, it looks hapharzardly put together. the oem version has clean abs plastic slats nicely fitted. take a pic will ya?
look at how the front bumper scoops down, sideskirts are fine, but then along the bottom you have nothing to support the rear pieces in the back bumper.. prob cuz nobody makes a piece there cuz it doesn't fit since it's an aftermarket widebody design bumper but stuffed on a narrowbody. i already see gaps and waviness in pics... just imagine fellas if you saw this monstrosity in person. it'd be a damn joke.
and then he takes BBS wheels which are great wheels as i see they're the RGRs... but then some silly local shopped stripped the BBS factory finish (high quality, high integrity) to powdercoat those suckers with some stupid gimmicky red lining that has nothing to do with a silver car. heck, even on my c4s i'd never do it and it comes with red factory calipers.
it's one thing if you give out good advice, but you don't and to add to the circus sideshow, you proactively place your frankenstein 911 on a pedestal as an archetype for a good looking 911 when all i see is an absolute joke .
why don't you also show us some interior shots? the suspense is better than most hollywood action movies. WAHAH
