Question on Turbo Red Calipers

Hello everyone, I'm looking into replacing my black C2 calipers for a set of red calipers that came off of a 996 Turbo. Would this set up fit? 4 wheel drive to 2 wheel drive... Thanks.

you need the whole turbo setup... wheel carriers, rotors, caliper, and maybe new wheels.

Got it. Thanks for the info. I'm better off getting them powder coated then.

or you can do a DIY with caliper paint, go to rennlist and do a search on painted calipers.

Powdercoating is a heat treated process and can possibly compromise seals... unless you do a brake rebuild.

You also need to replace the master cylinder... I'm doing it to my C2 now.

I had my 996 black calipers powder coated red, then had a PORSCHE decal applied, then clear'd over.

It was a simple job, for around $400. I did it because I liked how they "popped" through the black wheels I had at the time.
