cheapy quick oem-ish mod...

replaced my front fog light bulbs with these purchased from local kragen autoparts for $20 each. ..10 min install..

ever compare your fog lights to your zenon headlights?

went from ugly yellowish to much crisper white output (maybe a little brighter as well, but not much). replace one, test, and see for yourself. you will like it.

a much closer match to the headlights which i prefer because my fog lights always come on with my headlights..

i like my ugly yellowish color =)

just kidding. the only reason i've stayed away from non-oem h3 bulbs is that i've had the worse luck with them burning out quickly lately. i went thru a set of PIA h3 fog in just a few months.. every since them, i've been stick with the oems

it was a few years ago but i recall 50-80/pair (they weren't cheap)

but then again i think PIAA is going down-hill... it's just a name that's not in the market as much as it use to be

Looking good!

Seems to be only a slight difference from the HID's!

thx! they aren't perfect, but much closer than stock. worth the 40 bux and 10 min imo. they appear to match unless you look closely... before, they were way different

Thanks for the post. I've noticed it too and the stock looks really cheap. That's a huge improvement. Just found a weekend project that won't break the bank.
