I hope it doesn't get hot where you drive cuz those grills are almost guaranteed to make you run hot if you are running with the stock cooling system setup.

Living in Cinci, if I keep the car clean during the cold weather months I am reluctant to drive it. But if I don't wash it, I drive it all the time.

In the spring, summer, and fall the car is always clean.

Did you ever get an exhaust for you car?
