this ain't an x51... look at the airbox... single intake... x51 has two intakes a la X51 intake....

this item was similar to the last item... its funny how all their used engines have 12,000 miles on them.. .

no worries... that's what the forums area all about

with an 3.8X51 on a 996 you better make sure you have a strong LSD installed or you'll be spinning out large in a hot corner... that engine has LOADS of power so you have to worry about how to put it down effectively...

have you done a leak down test on it? curious to see how much wear the test reveals... for high mileage owners like yourself I recommend this test... often the results indicate failure in the near future... but not always...
