Used 2001 C2 Cab engine. Bought a parts car, took needed parts from it, now need to sell the rest: ENG TRN......
Mileage is 18k. Not 180k.
I think $8000 OBO
Have way too many parts left over.

I know I know... from what I've seen the 3.4 is only good for 60,000 miles before something catastrophic happens... I KNOW there are people out there who have higher mileage 996 motors but they are far and few between.... my assumption is it will be a DE car as well seeing 10-15 track days per year... 60K miles is upper limit of longevity for a 3.4 motor for such use...

Glad to see you're back behind the wheel of another 996. When did you pick up the MK II Aero?

I extended an offer on this motor at the requested price, but apparatently it's no longer available because i have gotten no response . So my search continues. See this link if you have a motor, or know of a motor option that i can consider:

You can have my 99, March 98 build 3.4 for $45,000. I'll even throw in the entire body with it. 70,000 miles. Let me know. Offer only good for the day.
