I have noticed that my auto leveling no longer works in my new xenon headlights the 2002 and up that i reinstalled. Has anyone been able to do the retrofit and have the autoleveling still work. I am blinding people with my headlights now.

 

hmm...intersteting....maybe they need to be adjusted? maybe they are at the limit of what the auto leveling can adjust to and your initial adjustment is too high....just a guess...

 

No no my auto leveling does not even work. Before with my xenons they would move up and then down. Now the lights just turn on but do not move. I noticed a few others locals in So. Cal. who have done the conversion with the same problem, and just wondering if anyone has a solution to this.

 

I'd probably just take it back to the shop and have it adjusted...Otherwise if you end up behind me on the freeway you're either gonna get sprayed with water or coins....lol....j/k

 

I've heard that the retrofit units do not have the self-leveling capability.
