Anyone know who makes or sells the 993 style front hoods for 996? (alum. or cf).

Vivid's site is saying it's an Xtreme Motorcars part (no pic there or on Xtreme site that I could see)......'Fiber reinforced plastc' along with the Xtreme name......I'll keep looking.

Tried them all on my two 996TT's and honestly couldn't find one that fit properly so I gave up...

mine is gemballa, i bought it used from some other guy. i was in mint condition!

Is it your guess we are talking one manufacturer?....ie Xtreme's and Gemballa same source?

No worries GreggT would hate to see you be disappointed. The Gemballa was a different source and certainly better than the other ones I tried but still a good ways off in terms of fitment/finish;(
