otherwise... go with pagid yellows... the stopping power these things have is incredible... and you can use them on the street... they work better after 1,000 miles on them once they have been broken in...
I change to Pagid Yellows before track days and skip the vibration dampers so that it takes about 30-40 min to change all four corners. After the track weekend, I just switch back to the stock pads. Pagid Yellows are an endurance track pad and grip like crazy, don't fade, and are easy on the rotors. It took switching to these pads for me to feel confident that I could get the car slowed reliably on the track once I started to add a little speed. However, my car squeals like a school bus on the street and they get switched out.

The stock Porsche pads are great for daily driving and even track use in the lower run groups. My street pads are Textars on the front which are an OEM supplier. Pagid also makes a street as well as sport pad for the car. I would be fine using either the Textars or Pagids which can be had for around $140 for the fronts at Pelican and you can probably find them for even less elsewhere. The Pagid Sports are going to be more but I really doubt you'll experience any fade with the stock setup, even with 'spirited' driving. The cheapest stock pads are the Mintex which are around $40 for the fronts. I don't try to cheap out on brake pads...

The stock Porsche pads are $127 for the fronts at Suncoast which is pretty reasonable.

I'd seriously consider doing the pads yourself. It's literally around 20 minutes a wheel the first time through (including the time to separate the pads from the vibration dampers). My rotors looked fine (no cracks or significant wear) and I reused them with my new pads. I didn't put the vibration dampers back and have only minimal noise with my street pads. It makes things a lot easier for switching back and forth with the Pagid Yellows before track days.

Good luck,
