pss9 setting

Guys, I need your advice.
Just got my new pss-9 coilover. (YES!)

What is the most common setting on the shocks 1-9
All I need is just about 1 inc lower. And I like just abit stifter then stock setting.
Most of my time is city driving, sometime doing lapping.

I would do medium maybe start with 6 in front and 5 in the rear. If that's too soft go down one on each

I have tried 5/4 and 4/3. Must admit the stiffer the nicer the car feels. At 5/4 the car felt slightly better than stock to me, at 4/3 it was right for me and the roads I drive on also lost most of the "lift" effect under acceleration

i agree 6/5 has a nice soft ride for 19" wheels, on click stiffer for 18's.

I only have the 18" wheels, So is it better go for 5/4 then? Just give me a little stiffer then stock setting.

I have my PSS-9's set at 4 fronts and 3 rears. I find it a bit soft but have been discouraged from further tightening the settings on a C4S Cab. My previous C2 Coupe PSS-9's were set at 2 on all four corners and I loved the feel.

damn 2/2 seems right for a drifter car, but i doubt you have tires that can handle 2/2 let alone 3/3. almost counter productive if you put such a stiff setting since your tires will be pushing taround tight turns. you want the car to hook up. i would rather drop the car another 3/8" and put some sway bars in while running 5/4 or 4/3.

After the install, is it easy to adjust the damper or do I have to remove the whole thing again to adjust
