I FOUND MY UPGRADE ADDICTION CURE (pics)
**i found my upgrade addiction cure** (now more pics)
[If you are on Renn, this is a repeat for you
]
I bought a 2000 C2 a while back and then the army of upgrades began:
) - except it wasn't ever going to be a GT3. Oh, sad me. Never going to be...
So I just gave in and upgraded the whole friggin car. And now it IS a GT3.
2004 996 GT3. 20,7XX miles on the ticker, Purchased from a fellow RennLister. Already armed with euroseats, harnesses and Tequipment roll bar, Deman rotors, pagid pads, rennline pedals, and an army of spare parts (rotors, pads, and some other goodies). It was delivered to Ruf on Tuesday and they ran it through the wringer for me, including a full bumper to bumper inspection, 15,000 miles service, all new filters, oil, brake flush and they fixed a few minor things that were off kilter.
I officially completed the upgrade today! Oh, and what an upgrade it is. Driving this is like my old car on steroids. Lots of steroids and a few Red Bulls.
So, here are some teaser pics (because I ran out of daylight). I'll report more tomorrow.

Very nice, got to love the euro seats, nice bonus! BTW is that the GT3 Carnerd was selling, if it is, you should have some peace of mind knowing he was very meticulous when searching for a pristine GT3, thats what i gathered from reading his thread anyways.
If its another identical car, looks great none the less

It's another identical car. It's like the GT3 owners on Rennlist are a small group that move cars between themselves. I pushed my way in and snatched this one
