Question Where does this electrical connector fasten?

While putting the center console back together last night, after running speaker wire to subwoofers in the rear, I forgot to connect a wire an electrical connector (below). Where the heck does this go?

looks like the cell phone plug to me.

It is a good place to tap off switched 12v power.

I hardwired my V1 and remote display into it.
