I got the kit from Gert at Carnewal, great service, I've had vendors next door in California who can't ship that fast.

I did the install Friday using Loren's DIY instructions, to tell the truth I had a little trouble replacing the hoses, it was a difficult reach to get the clamps I was after. But it's in, no leaks and it DOES run 15-20 degrees cooler, now I don't feel guilty about running the AC, and it's been 115 every day in my neighborhood.

So it's official, Loren's instructions ARE idiot-proof!

thanks
Keith

Just bought the kit...thanks All!!!

Got it on a one-time deal, $400.00 shipped from a person selling it after purchasing it and not installing. Whole kit listed by Loren except the coolant...clamps and all.

Woo hoo!!

Thanks again for the responses everyone. I will let you know results, but I am assuming that, based on your feedback...this will be a fairly turnkey deal w/ good results.

Best to All.

Just take your time and really pay close attention to getting the clamps on tight and straight. I would be a huge PITA if you put everything back together just to see a small drip coming from the front of the car.

I too got it from Gert, and yes I had a small drip and had to have it fixed yesterday.

From my intructions

Test for leaks. Start the engine and run for at least 5 minutes while checking for leaks. If everything is tight and leak free proceed with the rest of the re-assembly.
