Are my tires rubbing?
Are my tires rubbing?
When I crank the wheel all the way left or right i get what I can only assume to be rubbing.
The previous owner said he got Porsche Sport Springs. So I may be sitting a little lower then stock.
Anyway I am running 205/50ZR17
1999 Carerra 4
Is it possible I am rubbing? What is stock tire size?
Thanks all in advance!!!

That's a narrow tire with a high profile. I've never seen anyone run that size on a 996 before. I doubt you are rubbing but I have no idea how low your car sits. I'm not sure what Porsche Sport Spring are.
Turn your wheel all the way to one side and look at you wheel well liners for scuff marks. If they are there, you are rubbing. It's not that big a deal if you are but I would think it means you have a strange suspension setup.
