997 Carrera Rims on a 996?

Did a search, but the terms are too general (997 rims on 996 comes up with a lot of results).

I'm shopping around for some rims and found someone selling 997 rims off of an 05 Carrera. Will these fit on a 996 C4?

About the only result I could find was below.

I have 997 wheels on my 996

I have 19 inch sport designs on my 2000 996 C2 NB cabrio, I have no issues, the rears are 19x11 with a 67 offset and the tires are 315/25/19, the fronts are 19x8 with a 235/35/19 tire and an offset in the 50's

I was told on a c4 you can't go bigger than a 305/25/19 tire but the wheels should fit if the offsets are for a NB not a wide body

The fronts are 19x8 and the rears are 19x11. The offsets are 57mm front and 67mm rear. Yes they fit NB 996; I am currently running them with 235/35 Fronts and 305/30 Rears with no rubbing.

Picked up a set of 997 rims.

Turns out that the rears fit but I'm having issues with the fronts.
Fronts: 8x18 ET57
Rears: 10x18 ET58

The fronts are rubbing on the suspension. I have attached photos of where it is rubbing. I'm guessing spacers on the front (would prefer to do not that route). I'm not against new suspension though
