Motor Meister in S.Calif

Everyone that has had any work done by these guys please list your experiences. I have recently sent my engine up there to be rebuilt to run on 15psi displacing 3.8 liters. Are they reputable?

Search for this name on the Pelicanparts board and you will read about some horror stories. Sorry to break the bad news.

There are a bunch of unhappy customers from moter meister on various forums. One thing I did notice in reading many of the complaints, they are from many years back. Perhaps they have gotten their house in order since then.

Haven't heard anything good about them. The local Porsche service here gets a lot of their former customers, because appearantly they don't get the rebuilds done right. Never had any personal dealings with them, and after having heard about them, I never want to.
