Tell me about it dude. Ivan took me for a ride, I was skeptical before we went. After the ride, the credit card was out and we were ON OUR WAY to twin turbo'ing the 4S. Here I am now and I can't be more happy!!!! You won't be dissappointed. Congrats!!!!

Hope the wifey doesn't mind....

How old are you? Ever thought of playing "mid life crisis" card? Better the car, and not another woman. LOL

Thumbs up Turbo for c2

TurboW8
thanks for your interest in the kit. It has not been fitted in a c2, but the way that it has been design It should not matter wether narrow, wide body. The location of the turbos is as close to engine as possible so the fender flare width is not a consideration. We worked hard to make the parts some what universal to try to contain costs. Working at the moment in enhancing boost response.

How would u like if the engine made 6 psi of boost. That would be cool I think. Now what if u could make it at 2000 rpm. Now that would be incredible. The Torque would be awesome. Keep you all informed.

To funny doug, too funny. The car was my pre-mid life crisis car, I want boost so bad though. I came from a couple stg III s4's and am missing the power.

Now that is pretty cool. Got to think about it, maybe if we left the wet part out. What do you think? Glad you thought of it.

I'm in the same place, although I guess I'm not quite at mid-life. Most of my previous vehicles (RX7, WRX) were all turbo'ed, so I miss that pull when the snail(s) kicks in. A turbo kit is gonna cost me a quite a few DE events and/or get me out of trouble gifts for the girl friend. And I told myself I would be happy when I got my P-car.....

I wanted to take a few minutes and toss up a review on Berk's 4S that recently received a TT kit from Ivan and crew from IMA Motorsport.

Berk tossed me the keys this past weekend to take the car out on a little cruise and end up at IMA Motorsport where I was dropping off the car.

Having been in the car before and after the turbo kit was installed; one can tell it has a lot more power across the curve... not to mention the rpms transition across the curve very smooth and the idle was also very smooth. Right before I drove the car I was thinking I'm going to experience some surging or bucking but there was none, in fact it was very easy to drive.

Also, I want to point out, I took some time to look at the lines of the car and it looks like Ivan team placed the car around the kit they installed. Bottom line, I was very impressed at how easy and smooth Berk's Porsche was to drive with no surging or bucking and had a purr for an idle.

After arriving at IMA and spending some time with he and a few others; very nice environment there and great guys to boot.

I haven't had a shop to call my own with the recent German cars I have owned until now in which I will be using IMA Motorsport for future installs that I can not do on my own.

Lastly, if you are in the area and need a reputable shop then I would highly recommend checking out IMA Motorsport. Just visiting IMA Motorsport showed me the quality and knowledgeable people that work there.

Cheers,
Allen

Thumbs up Thanks

Almo

Thanks for your post on your impressions after driving Berks car. It is nice to have an objective opinion on how it runs and drives. We are doing a few more little things to the car that needed to get done maintenance stuff and a few minor non related to the work we did and did a bit more tuning also.
The car has improved on the bottom end by another 20 ft-lbs which is just great. Berk is going to love it. Anyhow hope your enjoying your ride and hope to see you soon.
