hi...just purchased V1 and looking to hardwire in my 01 carrera.Any pictures and installation guide appreciated

The important part is the switched power location and ground. Very easy DIY, 30-60 minutes.

Unfortunately, this only works for a manually dimming mirror. Mine is automatically dimming, which is a bummer.
