When I put them up for sale in the classifieds today. I want to change the wheels sick of Oem Look and I like the desisn of the chrome but I want a more toned down look, a lip w/o the chrome.

That's what I was thinking too but the last time I checked on de-chroming services, it wasn't exactly cheap.

I would've suggested just painting the centers and leaving the lips for that "polished" effect if this was a Honduh.

I like the HRE 540's

Buy my chrome MHT's and I will buy the 540's in the classifieds

Not a good Idea, and yes that would then be a pep boys mod. Kinda like a hood scoop on a pinto.

Since your car is white ever consider going gold ? It's bold but looks nasty when done right ! Just throwing it out there !

Nothing wrong with that as long as it has a LS1 under the hood.

Or better yet a Ford Fiesta like Jay's with a Yamaha SHO in the back with 200 shot of NOS.

I really like the white console. I'm going with a silver one shortly to break up the black on black of my 996.
