In need of help, sometimes when I turn on my lights, turning to the right all the way, my Bi-Xenon lights won't come on, by returning the switch all the way to the left and quickly turning it to the right it sometimes comes on.

I suspect it might be in the switch???
Is there another component I should check as well?

I just tried it again, and after 4 times switching back and forth, it came on(both left and right) so it is definitely not the bulb.
And after switching it off after having it on for a minute, I was not able to get it to come back on.
