Moisture in Crank Seal...no Oil Leaks

Moisture in Crank Seal...no Oil Leaks
Just got a PPI done, and there was moisture on the crank seal, but no oil leak. Dealer says its nothing to worry about, gave it a thumbs up except for a weak battery and an inoperating horn. Got $500 off from the guy for the bad parts. Should i be worried about this "moisture"??
