How many hours for H&R coilover install?

How many hours should it take for an independent shop to install an H&R coilover on a 996 C2 including the requisite alignment?

i got quoted 3.5 hours for everything... i'm planning on doing the H&R's too.. where's the best place to pick up a set? (1.5" ones)
