How to remove bumper and console

I dont have a service manual, was wondering how to take off the front bumper and center console on a 99' 996....I would guess it is pretty easy but just want to make sure!

Here's a video on how to remove the front bumper that was posted on another thread a few days ago.

Both are very easy... should be some write-ups on here somewhere, or check renntech.org DIY section.

Basically, from memory:
Front bumper, EDIT- Watch the vid

Console is just a handful of screws as well...
Tricky one is underneath the rubber mat underneath the console lid (where you rest your elbow on long drives). Others are underneath the ashtray, and one underneath the shift boot.

For the console, B&M has installation pictures of their SSK that has step by step instructions for removing the console. Check online.
