Parking brake adjustment???

How does one adjust the parking brake? Mine holds 100% only if I literally yank it as far as she will go.

On the back driver's side wheel, there is a hole that you can access to adjust the tension with a flathead screwdriver.

Go over to renntech and do a quick search, I am positive there is a write-up [probably in connection with changing rear rotors].

I am trying to adjust it from the center console. Any tips for getting the two 13mm scrow-bolts untightened? They're bloody tough to loosen!
