Thanks and yes, I did the removal and replacement of the struts and springs myself. I'd say it was a good six hours for me doing it for the first time on a porsche. The rears were a lot harder as everyone knows.

Yes, I had it alligned at a porsche service center up in Richmond. The car is lowered by 1.25 inches. The toes were definitely out looking at the chart the tech printed before the allignment...of course those were easily brought back to specs. I have them alligned it for 100% street. Although the camber will not go in anymore because of the lowering.
