I'm having trouble telling from the pics...some look dark, almost black, some look bright blue?

 

Looks like Midnight Blue Metallic to me.

I believe there were three blue color options available (aside from "paint to sample") in 2003: Midnight Blue Metallic, Lapis Blue Metallic and Cobalt Blue Metallic. This car appears to be Midnight Blue Metallic based on these photos. Are you considering buying this car? Can you inspect the option sticker and read the paint code, or perhaps ask the dealer to do it for you? My car is Midnight Blue Metallic, and I believe the paint code is L39.

in 1999 - it was called ocean blue.

it has a slight purplish color in sunlight.

my car has that same color.

 

That's midnight. Same color as mine. Lapis is a bit brighter.

 

Here is my Lapis blue on a very cloudy day, just waxed

there is a color code on the hood, if not you can send the vin # to Suncoast and they will decode for you? looks Midnight blue to me

 

I think this one is midnight blue.
