The hardest part of the entire procedure is removing the door panel. It's especially hard to remove it without damaging any of the little plastic clips that hold the various pieces in place. Once the door panel and the insulation are off, the regulator replacement itself is easy. The second hardest part is adjusting the window height and angle so that it operates properly and doesn't have any wind noise at highway speed. This one is a bit of trial and error, but you'll get it.

It's not all that hard, just be careful and do NOT move the window up and down until after you have reconnected the air bag and your car battery, because if you do, you will set off the air bag sensor like I did, and only the dealer can turn it off, and they will charge you to do so.

You can download installation instructions on the internet, don't remember where, but you should be able to find them.
