Need a winter project - Speakers

Before anyone yells at me for not doing an extensive search on this let me just say I HAVE...

I am going to start my winter project and I have chosen to replace the front dash speakers and doors. I have already replaced the head unit to a double din Pioneer Navi unit. I just need 2 questions answered.

** I would like to use all my existing OEM speaker wire so I am not looking for any combination that would require running new ones to the front dash. **

2) From what I have read the door speakers should be 5" 1/4 Focal's that could be pre-mounted by CarAudio Innovations and sealed, does everyone agree this is the best route?

3) Is there any DIY setup for my fronts that would not include pulling new wire for components?

Car Audio Innovations does great work. Focal's are top of the line speakers, in fact I have a set of their subwoofers in custom boxes for the rears. I was able to put a set of Hertz 6 1/2" speakers in the front doors. They have a very good sound quality at a much lower price.

pulling pair of wires on front dash will take 10 minutes each and open the door for component speakers of your choice!

You can fit a crossover into the dash which would allow you to use stock speaker wires. I dont know which crossovers will fit buy a pair of crossovers from a Polk component set fit in my dash, easy as pie on the passenger side and required the outer cover to be removed on the driver's side. I wrapped both in foam to limit movement and noise and just dropped them into the speaker hole.
