Still haven't found what I am looking for

But might be getting close. I am looking for a '99 996 with a replaced engine. Have looked at 3 so far. The latest looks pretty good. There is one wrinkle. In the first two, the invoice referred to the engine as "new factory motor". The last one, the invoice from a Porsche dealer in San Diego, referred to it as a factory refurbished engine. Is there a difference? Also , this engine was installed in 2003. Is it safe to assume that the appropriate upgrades are in that engine?

Am also surprised a new clutch was not installed. The engine was replaced at 36k mi.
