I used my 5D mark II with a sigma 24 - 70 mm 2.8 The shot was at 2.8 not sure of the focal length. I then went into Photoshop CS5 and used the quick selection tool. Selected what I wanted to blur and had to deselect (alt key+the left mouse) some of the Pcar that the tool grabbed. Don't forget to zoom in to grab everything you want and to fix the area that you don't want to blur.Then I did a glaussian blur.
