Leather Menders in Austin

Any of you guys heard good or bad reviews?? Leather Menders quoted me $300 to re dye my front seats and refinish my steering wheel. this quote includes filling in the cracks on the driver's lower bolster... Sounds a bit low of a quote but if they do good work... the price is a bonus..

Thoughts?

Some shops don't try to rip off P-car owners. Check to see if they will give you a few references and go and check out the work they have done.

Having done this myself on my old Benz using the Leatherique products, I would say that $300 is more than fair if they stand behind the work. Done properly, it's a chore and then some. References would be the key for me. All the prep work is the hard part.

Does it really look good, covering the cracks and redying? Instead of getting new leather? I have not seen it done and only know of what the sites such as leatherique claim.
