Subwoofers need specific air space enclosure depending on their specs to achieve good sound. So I was assuming that you would need to pay someone to custom make a proper enclosure for your subs that would be molded in that particular compartment without losing space. It wouldn't be cheap to get it done and that's what I was referring to.
