Upgrading from the Burmester system

Hello all, I am looking to upgrade from the Burmester sound system to a system with better dynamics as well as more low end. Does anyone know what all the speaker sizes are for replacing them?

Serg124, its not that i am unhappy with the Burmester it is just that I want more than what it can provide. I am sure it would be great for most people but for me being in the AV business I need and want more.

One thing I have done is line the inside of the Burmester subwoofer enclosure with a sound insulation mat. As it sits, it is a flimsy plastic box with a port. I used 2 layers of 80 mil sound insulation and the sound is much improved. Bass is much tighter and much more controlled.

No, I don't but the install couldn't be any easier.
1. Remove subwoofer box from trunk.
2. Unscrew subwoofer from plastic sub enclosure.
3. Install sound dampening mat on the inside surfaces of the sub enclosure.
4. Reinstall.

Nice, I'll check out the Bose subwoofer, I'm sure it has the same characteristics...
