I have the B&M SSK and love it also. It is a little notchy so i will try the lube, thanks for the tip. My Cargraphic exhast sounds great as well, my buddies w/ 355s and 550s always give me compliments on the sound.

the ssk is one of the best bang for the buck mods.

i got the porsche ssk just to be safe, the thing is notchy and very cool. the first time i drove after the install, i thought to myself "this was worth every penny."

 

what kind of lube... wd-40... any recommendations on the "lube" - seems notchiness and B&M go hand in hand..

 

My B&M is not notchy at all. No lube...just installed properly? Absolutely should be standard...but since it isn't get it.

 

I bought the SSK shifter for $200, and installed it myself in about an hour.

The shifter comes with very easy to follow instructions, and all of the parts needed.

I highly recommend it. The difference is like night and day as to the shift feel.





DIY and take the money you save and spend it on something else you want!
