P1117 ODB error code

Hey folks, I have a 2000 carrera 2 and its giving me a P1117 error code. By the dealer I believe this to be a bank 1 (driver's side) oxygen sensor post cats.
Anyone else concur? After checking the wriing, Should I order a new one and plunk it in, or is there any reason why something else could be causing this.
Thanks
Andrew

That is correct. It is a heating fault in the AFTER CAT sensor. Could be a bad sensor. Did you have it reset to see if it was a one tme event? Sensor will cost you about $100 and 15 minutes to replace.
