Extreme Makeover Part II

Well since I finished the engine makeover I then moved on to the interior. Here is the post if you guys didn't see the engine makeover Engine Post
I decided to install all new gauges so I had the dash apart and so I figured why not strip the interior and paint the whole thing.
several hours of labor later.... And no I don't work for Beer!!

So here are some pics..

Had to custom make this face plate to fit the new gauges because they were all different sizes.



Here is the interior prior to stripping it out..



Sanded and taped ready to primer and paint




Painted center console red.


Painted the back seat covers and oil line covers silver.



New gauges in

amazing what you can do with a Spray Gun



Almost finished.. just have to add roll bar pads..

and 911 R Tail Lights.. shaved 9 pounds from the tail light housing's

That's way cool pal... we should show you some of the pix of the older race cars we've converted/built for some other folks... A lot of light weight stuff, CF and a couple of white cars also

Good job man.... You've got a great track car now!
