I bought the body kit from various sources... so no total cost off the top of my head. The front is an Extreme Dimensions poly version GT3 style, the side skirts are Better Bodies poly version TechArt style, and the rear diffusor skirt and wing are from GT3Tek.

The vinyl wrap was done as a special by SS Customs so they could get photo's with the new Matte Metallic Silver color... I think it normally runs $2500-$3000 but you would have to contact them direct.

I was told 3-5 years with the 3M material... but this was also dependent on how long it sat in the sun versus a garage. Mine has held up reasonably well for most of this year.

I live in San diego and I have acab silver. I have a gt3 bumper, side skirts and read wing and spoiler I have had nothing but problems. The auto body Marlos they recommend has done a horrible job three time being painted. What is your experience. we had to replace my bumper after a few times due to manufacturing shortfalls

Hey I noticed you got your wrap from SS Customs. I'm thinking about getting my 996 wrapped by them also. How is your wrap holding up since you got it done?

Funny you should bring that up V.I.P. since I just removed the wrap to go back to my factory paint. The wrap held up very well for the past year. I just missed being able to wax my ride and seeing the glossy finish. The matte thing is kinda cool and a lot of people liked the look when they saw my car... I just was done with the matte thing.

SS Customs did take good care of me and their customer service was excellent!

How has the wrap held up to the elements (sun, car wash, scratches)?
