Besides F/I what mods for 996 3.4L to hit 12's in 1/4 mile
GeeTee..
I just looked at my old time slip. 12.98 @108. 112mph was the car that spanked me.. lol.
I found an old time slip from when i owned a 1992 Z28. I ran a 13.90 @ 106. All cars are different of course but this 996 runs great!
I'm failry familiar with drag times and i think that obtaining a quicker time is n ot acheivable without F/I. Although any car that can be driven on the street with a 12sec 1/4 mile time is plenty fast to have fun in!

Somebody is lying to you.
Luis,
Just got back from test and tune in San Antonio, TX...
13.00 @111mph.. 1.9 60ft times..
Very easily 12.80s with a sticky tire!!!
I took me quite a while to dial it in... im not gonna lie.. but very possible. Im sold that the trick is the head port work and a high stage clutch. I have a Spec 3. I was able to leave at 4500 and feather it in.. never missed a shift.
