Do I have to replace the entire headlamp assembly if the headlamp cover is chipped?

 

I have seen a few threads here talking about the ability to take the outer lens off, but, I would think you would have to get a whole 'nother light to fix it anyway. Might be worth just getting a whole light. I don't think you can buy just the outer lens.
