Hi guys, ever since my car was a couple years old I've had issues with the rear hatch latch, It always opens fine, but it's a problem to get it to closed. The latch does not suck the glass down completely once it's closed...

Anyone else have this issue?

Further more does anyone know where to get the part and whats involved in changing it out?
