Dumb spoiler question

This probably doesn't make any sense nor will it probably work but I thought I would ask anyway in the rare event it does. I checked the search too but couldn't find anything

I was wondering if a turbo spoiler like this one http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv...872414681.html. (Just the spoiler not the lid) would fit on a 99 c2. Or if it does how much work it would be to put it on.
