3rd Radiator kit from suncoast

Has anyone installed a 3rd radiator on a 2004 996 anniversary? my 996 has the turbo front so I'm not sure if it will fit or if it's Worth the exp of buying it. I know these cars like to run cool.
Thoughts.

Is your car running hot? If not, why?

I don't think it's a bad mod if you track your car. Otherwise, the standard cooling system should be fine.

Man, why looking for stuff you don't ned to do? Just enjoy your car. If you have to do something, look to the IMS upgrade or the monitor.

+1 to what ogun28 said. Even in a hotter climate your car will be fine as long as the cooling system is working properly and has no leaks. A lot people on this forum throw tons of money on mods with questionable gains (headers, intakes, exhausts, plenums etc). If it's not FI at high boost levels then there is no point, unless you are looking for a different sound and aesthetics. Besides seat time and DE, suspension mods are probably the most notable performance increases.

Wait a sec here buddy, did the 40th AE not come with 3rd Rad from Factory?
I know 40th AE has X51 Power Package which includes the 3rd Rad...

Fun Fact:- X51 on a C4S did NOT include a 3rd Rad from Factory and is NOT retro fittable.

No retrofit for any C4S, or just the X51? Also, don't the Tiptronic cars all come with the third radiator from the factory?

It sounds like someone wants to buy "presents" for their car...

I admit I'm guilty of it too from time to time but it is definitely not the best use of money for your car though.

All C2/C4 tiptronic have a 3rd radiator.
All turbo 996 have a different 3rd radiator.

Neither the 40th AE nor the C4S tiptronic came with a third center radiator.
A third radiator was an option for C2 or C4 X51 cars.
It was not an option for C4S X51 or 40th AE.

I know of only one attempt to retrofit the 996 C2/C4 suncoast center radiator kit on a 40th AE. It did NOT fit. I have not heard of anyone attempting this on a C4S, but it likely will also NOT fit for the same reason.

If a third radiator is a must on a C4S or 40th AE, one can try the 996 turbo center third radiator. But I have not heard of this done successfully.

I installed the GT3 3rd Radiator Kit and a LN Engineering 160 Degree Thermostat as part of my Turbo Build.
